Mentor Someone in Your Field

Formally or informally mentor a colleague, apprentice, or student in your trade or profession for at least three months. Mentorship involves regular check-ins, sharing knowledge, and helping the mentee set and work toward professional goals. Document the relationship with at least one tangible outcome such as a skill gained or job landed.
